With some careful research, Sammy put together a new identity. . .
There were so many different options for the agent to choose when trying to find an occupation for his new secret identity. He read about other agents being photographers, billionaires, police officers, forensic scientists, nuclear physicists, lawyers, etc. He decided that he should move away from the occupations that were similar to his previous one. So, being a photographer was out of the question. He decided to go in the direction of helping people. No one would believe that he was a police officer, so he decided that his secret identity would be as a medical assistant at Jif Community Hospital. Of course, Sammy did not know anything about how to be a medical assistant, so trying to fulfill the expectations of secret identity was going to be tough.
He came up with a new name and new look, also. He ditched his fedora and suit for a more inconspicuous look. He looked as if he could have just graduated from medical school. He would be saving the lives of squirrels in no time. The only problem was that he did not know how, but that’s just a small issue compared to the rest of his problems.
To make his new identity as a medical assistant more realistic and believable, he created a badge for himself. The badge contains an image with Sammy’s new look, natural and youthful. He decided to change his name from Sammy A. Squirrel to Gerard Miller, for his secret identity at least. Gerard may seem a little random and strange, but it had always been one of Sammy’s favorite names. The last name Miller just flowed well with Gerard, so Sammy just went with it. He could be Dr. Gerard Miller. What a great identity…
Sammy, AKA Gerard, knew that he had to go into the hospital every now and then to make sure his cover was not blown again. During his first day working at the hospital, he did not know what to expect. The hospital was not as busy as it was in the TV shows he watched for research purposes. Maybe he watched House, M.D. for fun, but it was still research.
He had plans to continue going to the hospital a couple of times a week. He had no idea if his old identity was left behind him until he saw a missing poster posted on the outside of the hospital. The agent recognized his signature look immediately and ripped the poster off of the wall. He read it carefully.
The agency put out the flyer to find him. Even the secret agency did not know that he changed his identity. Well, he was told that covers had been blown and that he could create a new one, but he did not tell anyone that he actually did that. As much as Sammy wanted to let the remaining agents at the headquarters know that he was okay, he knew he had to keep his new identity a secret.
Now that Sammy had a new identity, he could continue his search for the missing agents. . .
