Find a picture of any secret agent you would like, preferrably a fairly well-known one. Next, pick a quote from a similar secret agent character. Finally, attribute said quote to a third similar character. You want the characters you chose to be well-known but also similar enough that people would confuse them with one another.

Who actually said this quote? Who is really in the picture? Who is the actual secret agent that the quote is supposedly from?

I’ll tell you who said what soon. I chose to do this assignment because I thought it would be fun to possibly confuse people. The picture might give it away that this quote may not be right. Tom Cruise’s character in a particular secret agent movie series is pretty well known, but how many people may actually be able to match the name to the face? His name very well could be Phil Coulson, and he could have very well said the quote included in the photo.

When I was starting this assignment, the first thing I did was choose three secret agents that I feelĀ are similar to each other and could be easily confused. I picked one of them for the picture, one for the quote, and one just for their name. I did know who I wanted the quote from though, so that was not too difficult. The hard part was finding a quote that could fit all of the characters shown/mentioned. I found it on Rotten Tomatoes and knew it was perfect as soon as I saw it. (BEWARE: If you click on the link, it will reveal where the quote came from and who said it. So if you don’t want to know who said it, wait just a little bit longer.)

I chose my awesome spy-looking font for the quote and put it in a white box to make it stand out. (The font is called Special Elite. I love it!) I spent some time considering where it would be best to put the quote and how big it should be. I am really picky when it comes to how things are laid out in a visual/image that I make.

Now, for the reveal of who said what and who is in the pictures! The spy in the background is this secret agent; the quote is from this other secret agent, and last, but not least, this is the spy who received all of the credit!

Let me know if you figure it out!
